Your workout comes with 3 workouts a week for 45 minutes/workout, which includes both a warm-up and a cooldown.
It also includes constant support from your community of others participating, along with your personal trainer. We will include modifications, technique tips, motivation, and so much more on our Instagram account to inspire and drive you on even the toughest of days. Julie Bernhard. She has a degree in Kinesiology, the study of movement with a specialization in Health Fitness Instructing from the University of Texas. She is a certified personal trainer, certified level 2 nutrition coach, pre-post natal specialist, and former Nike trainer to name a few. She has worked with clients ranging from 10-year-olds to 80-year-olds, novices to Ironman athletes, and everything in between. She worked at Equinox for four years in their top-tier coaching program and currently has her own business, BernhardBody. She is so excited to be your coach and support through each of your workouts!

Absolutely! We created this program in hopes that you have little to no obstacles in your way from working out. Whether you are a mom trying to get it in at naptime, work long hours and struggle fitting workouts into your crazy schedule, or you would love to not pay for a gym membership, we created this workout with the intention that ANYONE ANYWHERE can do this! You just need a few standard pieces of equipment (Click Here to see what you need), and that is IT!
We recommend one set of lighter dumbbells, one set of heavier dumbbells, resistance mini bands, one set of sliders (towels or paper plates can be substituted as well here), a sturdy couch or chair, a mat, and water!

There are 3 workouts per week in the 12 week program and the prenatal program is split up by trimester.
We recommend incorporating two other days/week to do moderate cardio, yoga, sprints, or utilize for foam rolling and stretching.
Life happens! Just be sure to make an appointment with yourself and work out the next day! Your workout will be waiting for you in your account ready to go.
We have provided modifications below each movement. There is also an option to always decrease or remove your weights and bands, or take additional breaks as you need. Be sure to check in with our Instagram account, @teamhypefitness and your trainer, @bernhard.body, to get modification ideas, and technique tips so you can always work out safely and effectively no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

You can modify whatever movements you need that make your body feel strong and safe.
