Our Mission

Meet Your At-Home Personal Trainer

Julie is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified coach and has certifications in Personal Training, Pure Barre, Pre-postnatal, Anatomy trains, and Kettlebell. Her goal is to share her knowledge and passion with as many people as possible and inspire others to live their highest quality of life through movement and nourishment by working smarter instead of harder.
